At Harmony Within, our virtual support groups are designed to offer a meaningful space for connection, reflection, and support. While everyone’s experience is unique, there is something powerful about being in a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or carry things alone.

Groups are facilitated in a way that prioritizes emotional safety, respect, and authenticity. You are always welcome to share openly, or simply listen and take in the experiences of others. There is no pressure to show up in a certain way, only an invitation to come as you are.

We offer groups centered around infertility, pregnancy loss, and the many complexities of family-building, as well as broader life transitions and emotional challenges. Each group is thoughtfully structured while still allowing space for organic conversation, support, and connection.
