Frequently Asked Questions
How long does therapy take?
Therapy is a personal process, and there isn’t a one-size-fits-all timeline. Throughout our work together, we’ll identify both short- and long-term goals based on your needs and what feels most important to you.
We’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our work as your needs evolve, allowing therapy to move at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful.
Will you work with my insurance?
We are in-network with a variety of insurance plans and will bill your insurance directly for our sessions. Depending on your plan, you may be responsible for co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance.
If you’re unsure about your coverage, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider so you have a clear understanding of your benefits ahead of time.
How much does therapy cost?
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, sessions will be considered out-of-network. We offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can determine whether working together feels like a good fit for your needs.
We’ll review session fees during this initial call. If you choose to seek reimbursement through your insurance, we can provide documentation to support that process.
How will our sessions be conducted?
We offer a fully telehealth practice, meaning all sessions are held online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform using video and audio.
Where are you located?
We provide services to clients who are residents of Massachusetts. Because our practice is fully telehealth, we do not have a physical office location.
We maintain a secure mailing address for administrative and insurance purposes. Additional information about telehealth and privacy policies will be provided prior to your first session.
