Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician to join our fully remote practice in a part-time (per diem) role. This position is ideal for someone looking to build or maintain a flexible caseload while being part of a supportive and values-driven team.

What We Offer

  • $65 per session hour for licensed certified social workers (LCSW)

• Flexible schedule, with the ability to build a caseload up to 20 sessions per week

• Clinical supervision provided for clinicians working toward independent licensure

• No administrative burden — billing, scheduling, and client coordination are handled for you

• $1,000 CEU stipend per licensure cycle

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via telehealth

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Engage in ongoing clinical development and supervision

• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed in Massachusetts (LCSW working toward independent licensure)

• Interest in or openness to working with clients navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, and family-building (training and support provided)

• Strong clinical skills and a thoughtful, client-centered approach

• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently within a collaborative environment​​
