Elysa is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with an interest in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through family building, pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and related life transitions. She holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), which has deepened her understanding of the support needed during these seasons of life. 

Elysa brings both personal and professional experience supporting mothers, childrens and families in their navigations of a wide range of developmental, emotional, and medical needs. Her own experience further deepens her empathy and understanding of the complexities that can accompany parenthood, allowing her to connect in an authentic, compassionate, and grounded way. 

Elysa utilizes a collaborative, strength-based approach that centers individual experiences, values and goals. She believes in meeting clients where they are and recognizes that every person’s path and story are different. Her goal is to create  individualized strategies for managing stress, improving emotional wellness, and creating sustainable self care routines that feel realistic and supportive.
