Phoebe is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and clinician who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, and major life transitions. She has a special interest in reproductive and perinatal mental health, including fertility and family building, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, grief and loss, birth trauma, and the transition to parenthood. She also enjoys working with teens and young adults exploring self-worth, body image, sexuality, relationships, and figuring out who they are in periods of change.
Phoebe brings a warm, collaborative, and often humorous approach to therapy. Grounded in psychodynamic and trauma-informed practices, she helps clients get curious about the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped them while recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. She works alongside clients to find an approach that feels meaningful and useful to them, incorporating a varierty of modalities and creative practices when helpful.
Above all, Phoebe takes a “come as you are” approach and strives to create a space where clients can show up fully and authentically. Her practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive, with a deep respect for the many different ways people build families, relationships, identities, and lives.
